One Chef, One Kitchen — No Shortcuts
Behind Los Llanos Restaurant is Tiago Barbosa, a chef trained in fine dining restaurants in Alicante, with experience in Nikkei cuisine, Mediterranean cooking, and ingredient-focused gastronomy across Spain's Mediterranean coast — from Dénia and Ibiza to Murcia and Barcelona.
His approach is simple: homemade Mediterranean cuisine prepared from scratch using quality local ingredients.
The stocks for the rice dishes are made in-house. The pizza dough is given the time it needs to ferment properly. The croquettes are handmade. Even the desserts — with three different options available — are prepared in the restaurant.

Les Deveses Beach is public and only 150 metres away. And in this part of Dénia, between the sea and the N-332, there are surprisingly few places offering this level of homemade Mediterranean cooking at such accessible prices.
The restaurant is open to both campsite guests and outside visitors. Reservations are usually not required for smaller groups.
